Real estate in Abuja in my opinion

In this article I'll be sharing with you real estate in Abuja in my opinion. I will be talking about real estate, residential real estate and different opportunities that has been created as things unfold.

My name is uzondu chigozie and I am the CEO of  Zond real estate. I  have this passion since 2013. So I started on the 4th quarter of 2015.
I launch the website zondrealestate.com where i give the information concerning residential real estate and business opportunities around them. This article means a lot to me that is why I wrote it based on the experience I what I have encountered overtime now. Real estate in Abuja in my opinion as the name sounds is what I think personally, my feeling about the real estate market in Abuja.
I don't just write I also intend to participate effectively as a developer, an investor with interest most especially in residential real estate.


Real estate Generally
Nigeria is a developing country making the population growing rapidly this is a good news for real estate especially in the Federal Capital tertiary.
The population is driving the market. Every four years, new political  appointment are made.  These alone drive population from different parts of the country to the FCT. New businesses are established, new estate are built and Lots of different things happen.


The opportunities
In order for you to understand real estate in Abuja in my opinion,I will break down my points into the following
Population
Population in Nigerians drastically increase in there by increasing the demand of residential real estate. The city is expanding and all the towns surrounding the FCT is likewisely expanding. The traffic is very heavy. New areas are cleared and neighborhoods are created.

Politics
Every four years is a new cycle of political appointments and this drive a lot of businesses to the Fct not leaving the surrounding town. This keeps the demand of residential real estate going up.

The need
Also ordinary people seek new opportunities to live, work or do business within the FCT. As you already know this continues to drive the demand of residential real estate.

The challenge
Inasmuch as the need is there, challenges surfaces real estate in Abuja. challenges such as power supply, inadequate water (in some areas much especially the surrounding towns of the FCT )
Financing also has its own effect. People I know well financially educated to use credit facilities. The challenges facing realistic is many to mention English article, but these that have mentioned are key challenges we are facing in real estate.
A lot of solution has been implemented to check these challenges and so far it has been coming up.
The fact remains that there will always be need for residential real estate so long as we have a growing population in this country. So I think it is time for us to begin to use our land to leverage for more residential building. I indirectly mean you constructing high-rise buildings.Q
Personally, 
Real estate in Abuja in my opinion is good and it wonderful place to make it very good investments and management of the material resource. I will be in to also take my own piece of share of the market as an investor of residential high rise buildings. These has being the root of my passion for a very long time and I'm ready to take on the market.
