Real estate investing is the real deal, its my world. I feel very excited about Real estate investing and investments. I’m also an active investor in deals. For some times now, I have formed habits that makes me a real estate investor and that is what I will be talking about.   

#1. GET AND BE DISCIPLINED
The combination of discipline focus and vision is a bombarding quality that will shoot one to the stars.  Investor have to get and remain disciplined. That is why rated this First out of the 5 habits of a great real estate investor.

I discovered that without discipline one gets nowhere. I have looked back in my past and found out that if I had gotten disciplined earlier, I should be somewhere better than I am today. So, resolve to discipline your self that is the first step moving forward. That is the finest quality of been a real estate investor.

#2. STAY FOCUS WITH A VISION
This is actually what I have also applied to my life, I have learn form people’s experiences. I try to stay focus by questioning every action that I take to make sure that I’m keeping track of my Focus.
A lot of achievement has been done with FOCUS. I Planned to put in more focus greater than i already have that should be included in your plan too.
Fix your mind on what you want. Write it down and cross check it often. Find a niche in your market and focus on it. There is no time for competition. Focus could get us Places.

#3. Ability To Use Debt
This is the third habit of a great real estate investor. This fact is actually applicable in every part of the world. It will only require you to acquire the knowledge of how to get, qualify and use debt. You just need to be prepared for debt and management of it. Like I use to do; try to study a lot about it, study more about the stories of debt: that is the successes and failures, you could learn a lot with that.

Real estate market changes and a lot of things changes with it, be it financing, insurance, constructions, buyers and sellers, demands and supply. Change is inevitable. It will make sense if we will all adapt to the recurring changes from time to time.

The Challenge of Real Estate business



In a country like Nigeria that is the most populated African nation in the world today, It give me concern of how to contribute as a real estate investor. When you look around you will percieve that not for real estate alone but alot of opportunities have emerge as a result of the growing population.

we have a lot of things going on around but that does not hide the fact that we are faced with the challenges of real estate business; not that it have not been solved but  the amazing thing there is that the more you give the more the people will need to put a roof over their heads. 

i would like to meet and thank people like Alhj. Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga,  Uche Ogah and other captains of industries for having created some solution to the problem even though they have ended up creating competition, well that is good because it helps them to get better. 

I have categorized The Challenges of real estate business into 

#1.  Power supply
This is by far the most biggest challenge of real estate business. I don't like talking about a problem so let me focus a little more on the solution. the good news is that God positioned our country Nigeria at the equator which means we get the most of solar radiation. That is what we exactly have to capitalize on. 
Thanks for technology for helping us to put it to use. but more could be done. If I happen to build a Tower which I'll definitely do, solar energy will be maximized in the power supply of the building. 
If we seek for other source of power supply in like solar, natural gas I think we will have a good chance of making a great real estate business.

 

#2.  The population growth
I like to see population growth as a positive problem. It keeps the momentum of real estate business moving and that is great.
population growth has caused new site to be opened, Selling of Land and so many others. 
in essence why I called population growth a challenge of real estate business is that real estate developers keep working tirelessly to make such demands are meet and this action end up employing people because of construction.
by creating a solution we also help solve other problem.

Real estate in Abuja in my opinion

In this article I'll be sharing with you real estate in Abuja in my opinion. I will be talking about real estate, residential real estate and different opportunities that has been created as things unfold.

My name is uzondu chigozie and I am the CEO of  Zond real estate. I  have this passion since 2013. So I started on the 4th quarter of 2015.
I launch the website zondrealestate.com where i give the information concerning residential real estate and business opportunities around them. This article means a lot to me that is why I wrote it based on the experience I what I have encountered overtime now. Real estate in Abuja in my opinion as the name sounds is what I think personally, my feeling about the real estate market in Abuja.
I don't just write I also intend to participate effectively as a developer, an investor with interest most especially in residential real estate.


Real estate Generally
Nigeria is a developing country making the population growing rapidly this is a good news for real estate especially in the Federal Capital tertiary.
The population is driving the market. Every four years, new political  appointment are made.  These alone drive population from different parts of the country to the FCT. New businesses are established, new estate are built and Lots of different things happen.


The opportunities
In order for you to understand real estate in Abuja in my opinion,I will break down my points into the following
Population
Population in Nigerians drastically increase in there by increasing the demand of residential real estate. The city is expanding and all the towns surrounding the FCT is likewisely expanding. The traffic is very heavy. New areas are cleared and neighborhoods are created.

Politics
Every four years is a new cycle of political appointments and this drive a lot of businesses to the Fct not leaving the surrounding town. This keeps the demand of residential real estate going up.

The need
Also ordinary people seek new opportunities to live, work or do business within the FCT. As you already know this continues to drive the demand of residential real estate.

The challenge
Inasmuch as the need is there, challenges surfaces real estate in Abuja. challenges such as power supply, inadequate water (in some areas much especially the surrounding towns of the FCT )
Financing also has its own effect. People I know well financially educated to use credit facilities. The challenges facing realistic is many to mention English article, but these that have mentioned are key challenges we are facing in real estate.
A lot of solution has been implemented to check these challenges and so far it has been coming up.
The fact remains that there will always be need for residential real estate so long as we have a growing population in this country. So I think it is time for us to begin to use our land to leverage for more residential building. I indirectly mean you constructing high-rise buildings.Q
Personally, 
Real estate in Abuja in my opinion is good and it wonderful place to make it very good investments and management of the material resource. I will be in to also take my own piece of share of the market as an investor of residential high rise buildings. These has being the root of my passion for a very long time and I'm ready to take on the market.

Neighbourhoods In Suleja Town

Suleja is a town that is located closed to the boundary of the FCT, officially in Niger state. I will be discussing the neighbourhoods of Suleja town in this article.
It take a 5-minutes drive from Zuba and about less than 45 minutes from the Abuja metro (depending on traffic). Suleja is a town that shelters successful people working in Abuja and other neighbouring towns of the metro area. Its neighbourhoods continue to grow in number because, more workers tend to settle in this town preferably than other towns surrounding the Abuja Metro.
Its population is expanding by the day. A very high percentage of them are very successful business men and women operating in different towns like Zuba(Auto parts dealers), Dei-Dei(building material dealers), transport workers and within town, they dominate the famous IBB MARKET, where they sweep millions of naira as profits annually.
Different personalities characterizes different neighbourhoods in Suleja town. The purpose of this article is to give you a tour guide of Suleja neighbourhoods. I will be sharing the real estate related information as we proceed.
