The Challenge of Real Estate business

In a country like Nigeria that is the most populated African nation in the world today, It give me concern of how to contribute as a real estate investor. When you look around you will percieve that not for real estate alone but alot of opportunities have emerge as a result of the growing population.

we have a lot of things going on around but that does not hide the fact that we are faced with the challenges of real estate business; not that it have not been solved but  the amazing thing there is that the more you give the more the people will need to put a roof over their heads. 

i would like to meet and thank people like Alhj. Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga,  Uche Ogah and other captains of industries for having created some solution to the problem even though they have ended up creating competition, well that is good because it helps them to get better. 

I have categorized The Challenges of real estate business into 

#1.  Power supply
This is by far the most biggest challenge of real estate business. I don't like talking about a problem so let me focus a little more on the solution. the good news is that God positioned our country Nigeria at the equator which means we get the most of solar radiation. That is what we exactly have to capitalize on. 
Thanks for technology for helping us to put it to use. but more could be done. If I happen to build a Tower which I'll definitely do, solar energy will be maximized in the power supply of the building. 
If we seek for other source of power supply in like solar, natural gas I think we will have a good chance of making a great real estate business.

 

#2.  The population growth
I like to see population growth as a positive problem. It keeps the momentum of real estate business moving and that is great.
population growth has caused new site to be opened, Selling of Land and so many others. 
in essence why I called population growth a challenge of real estate business is that real estate developers keep working tirelessly to make such demands are meet and this action end up employing people because of construction.
by creating a solution we also help solve other problem.

Know the distance that will enable you live comfortably before making a choice of rent and you will be grateful that you did so. In other to compliment the first point I made, Before you rent a house in any part within the FCT Abuja, I advice that you position yourself in such a way that will enable you to escape to work or business quickly. I used the word ‘quickly’ because traffic most times is inevitable. It’s something that one must encounter in one way or the other so long as you use the road. I observed that the number of cars on our roads are increasing drastically. This also indicates that one day, the traffic situation will be Hell. That notwithstanding is good for real estate investing and investments.Using a typical example; the route from Zuba through to the Abuja Metropolis are usually stocked with heavy traffic usually in the morning and late afternoon hours most especially if a vehicle breaks down on the road. Buy this time staffs, employees entrepreneurs are heavily transported.This example also applies to Nyanya – AYA route where on the other side, workers, business men and employees who work or do business in the metropolis also troop into the city. Traffic is also heavy at the morning and evening hours of the working days.

#3. Affordability- Assemble a budget

This very part have everything to do with you, your spending habit, your taste and your income. There are rent that some people can afford but they attribute excuses to other external factors to be the cause of living below house within the FCT Abuja.standard. To keep it straight, short and on point; analyze how much money you money you make a year take out your feeding and provision expenses. They budget what is left among your shelter and others.
End up with an appropriate budget. It has proven that individuals who manage their resource very well make out the best of a very little money........

How we can solve the problem of power supply in Nigeria is a topic that I will never stop talking about. It is something that I long to do something about as soon as I have a means. Nigeria is covered with a lot of possibilities. The challenges that people face today in this country is traced back to lack of motivated entrepreneurs to seized the opportunity and fill in the need, which really can be a huge money making machine for them as they proffer solution.

This topic has its own effect on real estate-my world. Power supply is one of those challenges that makes living sometimes horrible. The truth is that the need will continue to grow for the fact that there are going to be new buildings, in addition to an ongoing growth in population and economic development.
